At Eagle Web, we believe in helping our future clients make informed decisions.
Below, we have outlined what you will need to have a successful submission
and why. We know there are many submission companies offering different
services and prices. In staying with our principals of ethics and quality,
at Eagle Web, we believe substance over price.
Before submitting a site, you have to analyze whether your site is
ready for submission. You have to look at meta tags, layout, HTML text
structure and content of your site as it relates to the keyword phrases
you are looking to achieve placement for. If you have gone through this
process, click here to view our submission prices.
If not, we recommend you click here and

Why does my site need to be analyzed?
Websites are placed on search engines based on a mathematical formula
called: Analog. Our technicians, know as Search Engine Optimization
Specialist, can review your site and make recommendation used to take
advantage of this formula. The more advice you take, the better your
submission will work. Also, they can optimize pages
for different engines based on their content. For example, say you have a
total Flash site, they can advise you on what they can add to help your
submission.
Why can't I just submit the site as is?
You can. However, if you are submitting the same site over and over with
little or no success, this is the same as beating your head against a
wall. Bad web pages submitted over and over is redundantly bad and costly.
Why can't I just submit the site myself with a
software or cheaper at $10-20?
You can. However, most submission software's use old scripts to emulate
the submission process and most search engines don't allow this type of
process. Something, they forget to mention when they sell it to you.
Read, the terms on most software's and you will find they guarantee
nothing. Eagle Web does only manual submission to the top search engines.
Also, there are companies who advertise cheap submissions because they are
using the same software you can buy. They have no quality control and
guarantee nothing so you get what you pay for: nothing. Most don't even
know when each engine requires re-submission. Since, Eagle Web runs a full Optimization and
Placement program, we know what the engines do from day to day and when
pages are going to drop off the engines. The process is not standard and
changes but our experience lets us know when a change is coming?
What type of guarantee do you
offer?
No submission company guarantees you will be listed on
the engines. They just guarantee you will be submitted. This doesn't help
you. If you chose one of our optimization plans, we
will not only guarantee you will be listed but we guarantee success.
Why do I need submission maintenance schedule
instead of a one-time submission?
A few years ago, you could submit your site once a year and keep your
pages listed for a long time, Two years ago, that started to change and
now only a very few categories can survive a listing of longer than 60
days. The reason for this is simply: supply and demand. The search engines
have a limited amount of server space to store pages. As people keep
submitting pages and the search engine spider's index, this limit is
quickly reached. The search engines solve this problem by removing pages
which have not been resubmitted or indexed at specific intervals. Business
who work with us benefit by keeping their pages indexed for longer periods
of time. Companies who only submit websites have no quality control to
know when pages need to be resubmitted, so they shotgun the engines at 30
day intervals. This method only causes your pages to be listed less than
25-40% of the time because they are moving them off and on. Also, some
engines are beginning to see these resubmission as spamming. We can keep
our customer pages listed for over 80% on average and set up a good
rotation sequence that is within the guidelines of each particular search
engine.
