Eagle Web reserves the right to terminate service to any and
all clients without notice or reason. If client has paid money, any paid fees
where service has not been given will be refunded minus fees for services
done.
Eagle Web provides clients with offers by phone or email. Some clients will
have contracts while others are provided month to month services.
If there is a contract, Eagle Web contracts become official and binding when both parties have a
signed a hard copy of the contract document.
If client does not sign contract and pays for the year, it is understood that
no refund will be given until the end of the agreement year and only if Eagle
Web fails to meet the guarantee of 200 first page placements. If Eagle Web
fails to meet guarantee for 200 first page placements, client will be given
the difference of months 10,11,and 12 averages subtracted from guarantee and
covered to percentage. Client will get the percentage times the Basic monthly
fee for promotional maintenance.
Client voids guarantee and refund if client fails to implement design or
content recommendations made by Eagle Web.
Client voids guarantee and refund if client terminates FTP access to site
for Eagle Web.
Eagle Web is not responsible for any action by the search engines against
the client for any reason. Eagle Web does not control or act as a
sub-contractor of any search engine or listing service.
Site content is the sole responsibility of client and Eagle Web only
serves in an advisory and technical role for client. Any legal actions
taken against client by a third party is the responsibility of client.
Eagle Web month to month services become official when client pays for invoice
and funds are received without error or default.
Design fees are not refundable.
Contracts and month to month services become null and void when payment is not
made or when client refuses additional email notifications of payment due.
Normally, this is at between 30-90 days of invoice at Eagle Web's discretion.
Eagle Web emails and offers are non-binding until client makes a payment for
services. If client does not pay for services, there is no binding agreement
of service. Eagle Web has the right to terminate any agreement before payment
is made for any reason.
Domain purchases and renewals are the sole responsibility of clients. Eagle
Web will assist clients as needed but is not responsible for clients domains
and only works in an advisory role.
If you are paying for promotional maintenance and not design, Eagle Web's job
is to submit the site according to the fees paid. If a design or submission
problem is discovered, it is clients responsibility to fix the problem or pay
Eagle Web to fix it.
If no repair or redesign fee is paid to correct the problem, submission
guarantee becomes null and void if problems continues due to lack of client
correcting the problem properly as per Eagle Web's free advice.
